Roselyn Sanchez Bio

Roselyn Sanchez was born April 2, 1973 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Act of Valor (2012) and Rush Hour 2 (2001), as well as Without a Trace (2002) are among her works. She has been engaged to Eric Winter since November 29, 2008. They have two children. Gary Stretch was her previous husband. She relocated to New York City when she was 21 to study acting, singing, and dancing classes. She was a model on the Puerto Rican comedy show Que Vacilon! during the mid-90s. In 1993 in the mid 1990s, she was Miss Puerto Rico Petite. She also was crowned Miss America Petite in 1994. She studied marketing at the University of Puerto Rico but was not able to finish. Attended Colegio Espiritu Santo in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The school was ranked #50 in Stuff magazine's "102 Sexiest Women in The World" (2002). Maxim Magazine's Hot 100 of 2002 supplement included her as number 49. (2002) Rated #100 in FHM’s 100 Sexiest women in the World Special issue for 2005. (2005). Eric Winter and Sebella Rose Winter are the parents of Dylan Gabriel Winter (b. November 3, 2017). She auditioned for the role of Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives (2004) but was not able to get the role to her fellow actress, Eva Longoria. Both actresses went on to work alongside the creator of the show, Marc Cherry, on Longoria and his own series, Devious Maids (2013), in which Sanchez is the lead character Carmen Luna. Returned to work less than 2 weeks after giving birth to her son Dylan in order to host 2017 Latin Grammy Awards. Justina Macado is a friend.

Magda Apanowicz (pronounced NOH-vitch) is an Canadian actress from Canada. Her most well-known roles include her roles as Andy Jensen on the ABC Family series Kyle XY, as Lacy Rand in the short-lived Syfy science fiction drama series Caprica and as Emily (born Maya Hartwell) in the science-fiction series Continuum.
