Aaron Jeffery

Logie Award-winning actor from New Zealand and Australia, Aaron C. Jeffery. He is well-known for his role in the film Terry Watson in Water Rats, as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters, and as Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery was born in Auckland and moved to Australia as an adult. Then he trained in acting at NIDA. He graduated with his NIDA degree in 1993. After that, he started his television career as a producer on the children's show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is famous for his role playing Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He left the show in 2008. He was also a part of the third season of Outrageous Fortune, a New Zealand drama. Jeffery played the role of Frank in the TV series Underbelly: Badness as Frank. On the 22nd of June it was the day he finished filming. The casting announcement for Neighbours' Bradley Fox was announced three days later. The news was that Jeffery had been cast in the role of Corrections Officer on Wentworth in October. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also his character. It was announced in April 2021 that Jeffery would be appearing on the Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her. The show is inspired by the Karin Slaughter novel. In both 2004 and 2007, Jeffery won the Silver Logie award for the Most Popular Actor in the Drama Series for his performance on McLeod's Daughters.
