Elizabeth Leigh Vassey

Elizabeth Leigh Vassey (born August 9th, 1972) is an American actress. Her roles include Emily Ann Sago in the television series All My Children, Captain Liberty in the 2001 television series The Tick, Wendy Simms in the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Nikki Beaumont in the web series Nikki & Nora. Vassey played teenager Emily Ann Sago on the soap show All My Children from 1988 to 1991. Vassey appeared as a regular actor in the television series Tru Calling from 2004 to 2005 as Dr. Carrie Allen. Vassey played Wendy Simms' recurring role in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation from 2005 to 2010. In the tenth episode, Vassey was promoted to a regular cast member and was first featured in the show's opening credits. Entertainment Weekly reported that Vassey will not return for the eleventh season. Vassey was guest in one episode of the season. Vassey is married to David Emmerichs, a camera operator.In 2002, with co-star Kristin Bauer, Vassey started a company called Neurosis to an T(ee) which makes and sells slogan-covered T-shirts for women. The slogans play on the neuroses and worries of women that often refer to relationships.
